Detailed Job Description (Supply Chain Internship):

This 12-month internship (January 2025 – December 2025) offers undergraduate students pursuing Supply Chain or Engineering degrees the opportunity to contribute to projects with significant strategic and operational importance. Specific responsibilities may include:

Partnership with leadership: Identifying and addressing areas for efficiency improvement and benchmarking against industry best practices.
Process ownership: Critically reviewing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proactively recommending solutions. This involves using specialized equipment and instrumentation accurately with minimal supervision.
Tool and model development: Creating tools and models to enhance tracking and efficiency.
Continuous improvement: Learning and applying methodologies like PPI and Six Sigma to promote improvement initiatives.
Collaboration: Working with various departments, including program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance, to achieve business objectives.

The internship offers an hourly rate of $22.00-$29.25, depending on location and cost of living. A $5,000 relocation stipend is available for students living 50+ miles from the internship location.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate student pursuing a Supply Chain or Engineering-related degree, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
• 0 years of work experience (previous internships preferred).
• Demonstrated track record of integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Ability to champion change, achieve results, and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. (F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT visas are not accepted for this internship).

Environmental Conditions: The role requires the use of some Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, and earplugs.
