Job Description: Intern – Marketing/Trading
This 10-14 week summer internship is located in either Richmond, VA or Lexington, KY, and provides hands-on experience with Diversified’s Commercial Midstream team. The intern will:
• Develop and refine a financial forecasting model for the midstream business.
• Evaluate contract rates and opportunities.
• Conduct industry data research.
• Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
The position requires a highly proficient user of Excel, strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and interested in learning about the natural gas industry.
Position Requirements:
• Current enrollment in a college/university program.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and passion for learning.
• Ability to contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
