Job Description: University Internships – Engineering and Technology (2025)

This 24-week internship (July 2025 – December 2025) offers students pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or other STEM-related fields hands-on experience. Interns will gain insights into processes, systems, and practices focused on meeting customer needs using leading-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Improvement: Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify areas for business improvement.
Engineering & Technical Support: Assist engineers or technologists on ongoing projects through research, data analysis, and technical support.
Design & Development: Participate in the design process, create drawings or prototypes, and contribute to the development of new products or technologies.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of experiments, designs, and project information; prepare reports and documentation as needed.
Software Development: Collaborate on software development, coding, or programming tasks with engineers.
Teamwork & Communication: Work effectively within a team, communicating with colleagues, engineers, and supervisors to achieve project goals. Identify and propose solutions to technical challenges.
HS&E Compliance: Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or a related STEM field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
• Fluency in oral and written English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to relocate for the internship duration (locations vary).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Compensation: hourly rate range: $22-$44.
