Job Description: Summer Internship

This is a paid internship offering real-world experience working on actual client projects, unlike typical errand-based internships. Interns will be mentored by professionals across various agency disciplines (strategy, creative, media, account management) gaining a comprehensive understanding of campaign development. The internship involves a team-based project culminating in a final presentation to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teams in strategy, creative, and media to bring campaigns to life.
• Assisting with research, brainstorming sessions, and trend tracking (with a focus on platforms like TikTok).
• Observing client meetings, internal reviews, and production calls to witness the agency’s processes.
• Contributing to a collaborative intern project culminating in a final presentation.
• Gaining hands-on experience with industry tools, platforms, and software.

Required Skills and Qualities:

• Curiosity and a proactive, can-do attitude; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and meme-based).
• Excellent organizational skills for managing projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Internship Details:

The internship runs from the week of June 3, 2025, to August 21, 2025, requiring availability Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
