Job Description: Summer Internship Program
THMA’s 10-week Summer Internship Program provides a hands-on, engaging experience focused on professional growth and industry exposure. Interns will participate in:
• Hands-on projects: Working on real-world assignments designed to be both achievable and challenging, fostering skill development.
• Executive engagement: Interacting with THMA leadership through the “Vital Voices” executive sessions, gaining insights into career progression.
• Professional development: Participation in the “Boost Program,” a structured series of sessions accelerating early career development.
• In-office collaboration: Local interns will work in the office two days a week to build connections and gain practical experience.
• End-of-Internship Project: A final PowerPoint presentation showcasing learnings and contributions to their team.
The program aims to:
• Provide an educational experience and insight into the healthcare industry.
• Enhance intern skill development through real-world projects and tasks.
• Offer broad industry exposure across different THMA departments and roles.
• Identify and nurture high-potential candidates for THMA’s long-term hiring strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Current undergraduate student, preferably entering their junior or senior year.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in healthcare (a plus).
• Availability to work 25-29 hours per week.
• Ability to work in the office 2 days per week (hybrid internship).
• 10-week commitment (June 2nd – mid-August).
