Job Description: 2025 Summer Internship – Workforce Solutions

HP is seeking highly motivated students for its 2025 Summer Internship program within the Workforce Solutions business unit. This is a 12-week paid internship designed to bridge classroom learning with real-world challenges. The program offers a balanced mix of networking opportunities, executive speaker sessions, community involvement, substantial projects, and social events.

Workforce Solutions is a global business unit that empowers organizations to leverage technology for enhanced employee experiences, increased productivity, and a smaller global footprint. Utilizing HP’s portfolio of PCs, printers, and collaboration tools, HP Workforce Solutions assists millions in resolving technological issues proactively, often employing AI-powered software and services. HPWS provides software and services to partners and end-users throughout the device lifecycle, including:

Workforce Experience Platform: A software dashboard for IT decision-makers to manage their technology fleets.
Managed and Professional Services: Assistance to companies in monitoring their enterprise technology.
Customer Support: Comprehensive support encompassing configuration, repair, refurbishment, and recycling.

Essentially, HP helps partners and clients navigate their entire technology journey.

Requirements:

• Completion of the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s degree or the 1st year of a Master’s program (typically a non-technical degree).
• Full-time enrollment at an accredited university.
• Eligibility to work in the United States in 2025 and beyond, without the need for future sponsorship (no CPT or OPT).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Majors/Programs: Business Administration, Marketing, Finance.
• Proven project experience showcasing strong analytical, modeling, and research abilities.
• Excellent executive-level presentation skills (storyboarding, development, and delivery).
• Demonstrated success in achieving results within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and unstructured work environments.
• Strong teamwork skills, including supporting colleagues and guiding executives/peers through logical reasoning and relationship building.
• Exceptional public speaking and workshop/conversation facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to shape and influence the ideas and actions of others.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
