Job Description: Intern, Wella Professionals Color
This internship provides support to the Wella Professional Color marketing team in Calabasas, CA (hybrid role – 3 days onsite). The position is part-time (25 hours/week) for a duration of 6-12 months (longer assignments preferred), reporting to the Brand Manager, Wella.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain documents and contribute to brand presentations.
• Assist with day-to-day team operations.
• Gather and organize data, insights, and assets to support marketing and communication strategies.
• Develop engaging content for social media posts and campaigns (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram).
• Create briefs for asset creation for marketing initiatives.
• Manage the sending and tracking of products to ambassadors, influencers, sales teams, agencies, etc.
• Assist with the logistics of marketing activations and website updates.
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university, or recent graduate, with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Docs proficiency required.
• Previous marketing experience or internships are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, including prioritization, organization, deadline adherence, and multitasking.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
• Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms is a plus.
Compensation: $20-$21/hour
