Creative Director

Leading the design and development of new product features in Figma, including a multi-stem player, sharable statistics pages, and innovative recommendation systems for our web and mobile services, creating an intuitive user experience for musicians. Engineered an AI recommendation system for musical stems using Python’s Librosa library for a more personalized experience. Integrated APIs for song key and BPM detection, implemented front-end fixes, and set up a Streamlit database for Next.js website. Designed investor pitch decks that effectively communicated Nora’s value proposition, contributing to secured partnerships with Warner, UMG, Sony, and high-profile artists including Billie Eilish and Sabrina Carpenter.

AI Engineer

Building custom RAGs (retrieval-augmented generation) on top of OpenAI to automate film script coverage that prioritizes marginalized subcultures and voices. Automated the request and delivery of script coverage using Zapier and a custom prompt engineered OpenAI assistant.

Product Manager & Technology Consultant

Lead & implemented the redesign of NGO Asian-American National Committee, Inc.’s official website using Figma and Webflow to create the wireframe and design system, and Java Script with next.js to develop the new site. Organized weekly meetings with CEO Tuan D. Nguyen to optimize the user experience to best provide educational, healthcare, political, privacy/civil rights, business and legal services, on a national scale to marginalized communities.

Research Fellow

Built a Siamese Neural Network in Python generating emotionally-congruent music across 4 different genres to evoke feelings of calmness and energy as a form of accessible and personalized receptive music therapy. Produced a literature review studying affective computing and the neurologic foundation of music therapy to theorize the potential use of biomarkers to generate music for mental health treatment.

Vice President

Leading over 50 student entrepreneurs and creatives to broaden the scope of entrepreneurship reaching 20,000+ students of all backgrounds at USC and local high schools. Spearheaded Arts, Grooves, and Foods, a performing arts festival designed to empower USC’s student body which showcased 12 diverse performers, 3 student vendors, & 3 food sponsors amounting in 300+ attendees & $1114 in proceeds donated to UNICEF.
