About Pandora NAM:
The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores. The USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
Job Description: Finance Intern
About the Program:
Pandora’s Internship Program is a six-week program (June 2nd to July 10th) designed for passionate, driven students eager to gain real-world experience in the global jewelry retail industry. Interns will collaborate with talented teams across key departments, tackling real projects that shape the business. This is an opportunity to learn from experts, build valuable connections, and refine skills in a fast-paced environment. The program is open to rising junior or senior college students interested in exploring the art of commerce in a global setting.
Responsibilities:
As a Finance Intern, you will:
• Partner with the FP&A and Commercial Finance teams to finalize the first forecast of the year and drive accountability for Pandora’s North America financial goals.
• Perform necessary duties for Q2 financials: Data mining to understand drivers in variances, work hand-in-hand with accounting, perform OPEX accruals, and collaborate with P&L owners for variance commentary.
• Take part in creating, updating, and submitting forecast templates while working with the finance team to understand the P&L impacts.
• Prepare monthly Business Performance Review and KPI decks for North America financial results through a storytelling lens.
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior at the time of application.
• Pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful projects.
Compensation: $25/hour (New York City OR Maryland)
