About Evermore Orlando Resort:
Evermore Orlando Resort is a new resort aiming to redefine the Orlando vacation experience. Located just steps from Walt Disney World®, it spans 1,100 acres and offers a unique blend of upscale vacation homes, flats, and villas, along with the luxurious Conrad hotel. The resort focuses on providing guests with a blend of spacious, comfortable accommodations and world-class resort amenities. A key feature is Evermore Bay, an 8-acre crystal-clear lagoon with a beach, bars, cabanas, and firepits. Additional amenities include two Jack Nicklaus championship golf courses, water sports, a family water slide, and various recreational activities like pickleball and volleyball. The resort aims to be a relaxing haven for guests during their downtime between theme park visits.
Job Description: Digital Marketing Project Manager (Intern/Entry-Level)
This role involves project ownership, development, and execution of three key digital marketing projects:
1. Redesign and relaunch of the Heads in Beds vacation planning tool.
2. Website section redesigns: Dining section, Houses content within the Accommodation section, and the Gallery section.
3. Redesign of Canto: Improving the existing asset management tool for easier collection, usage, and distribution.
The position requires cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations), external agencies, and development partners. Responsibilities also include:
• Marketing Integration: Ensuring seamless integration of new digital products into various marketing channels (website, app, emails, campaigns).
• Timeline Management: Tracking project milestones and deadlines.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Presenting updates, gathering feedback, and securing buy-in from stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyzing data and adjusting strategies for optimal results.
• Additional Tasks: Assisting the Senior Manager of Digital Content with other assigned tasks.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or a related field (resort industry experience a plus).
• Experience with website design, project management tools, or website CMS (a plus).
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and grammar skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content creation (a plus).
• Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising strategies (a plus).
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, CMS).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 15 pounds, stand, walk, sit for extended periods, and perform repetitive hand motions. Exposure to both indoor and outdoor environments.
