Job Description:
This is a 13-week summer internship (May 2025 – August 2025) within Delta Air Lines’ Business Strategy IT team, based in Atlanta, GA. The team is responsible for leading the overall IT Transformation Program, International Team, and AIR4. Interns will contribute to Delta’s IT transformation, helping the company leverage technology for a competitive advantage.
The specific responsibilities will vary depending on the assigned team but may include:
• Assisting in corporate-level communications.
• Supporting employee engagement activities.
• Providing business transformation and change management support.
• Conducting business analysis.
• Performing data analytics.
• Offering technical support for the Information Technology organization.
Delta IT seeks interns who are thinkers, doers, and innovators; proactive, collaborative, and impactful. The internship is designed to provide a full-time job opportunity after graduation, contingent on performance and an extended offer. The work environment is described as a partially onsite/partially remote (hybrid) schedule, requiring work from the Atlanta HQ office. A business casual dress code is expected.
