Job Description: Enterprise Team Intern
This is a full-time, paid internship (40 hours/week) running from June through August in New York City. The role is hybrid. Interns will be fully integrated members of account teams, working on campaigns for major brands. The internship provides practical experience and mentorship opportunities.
Responsibilities:
The intern will be involved in all aspects of campaign development and execution, including:
• Creative Development: Crafting written communications such as media materials, social media content, memos, and risk assessments.
• Research: Examining brands, industry trends, and relevant issues using various resources.
• Analysis: Answering questions, providing insights, and proposing recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data.
• Collaboration: Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas to teams.
• Planning: Assisting with event coordination and logistics.
• Media Relations: Pitching stories to media outlets, developing media lists, tracking placements, etc.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking brands and issues across traditional and social media, analyzing conversations, and drafting reports to inform client strategies.
Qualifications:
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Understanding of traditional and current social media platforms and their effective use for brands.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with media monitoring platforms (Cision, Muckrack, Meltwater, Talkwalker, Brandwatch, and/or Quid) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
• College graduate by June or demonstrated equivalent transferable skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week starting in June.
