Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive Intern

ATC offers a 6-month internship for aspiring marketers. This role provides practical, real-world experience in digital marketing. Interns will work on cutting-edge campaigns, collaborate within dynamic teams, and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Campaign Optimization: Optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI), enhance ad performance, and achieve business objectives.
Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and propose improvements.
Content Collaboration: Work with internal teams to develop engaging marketing content and visuals.
SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research and create strategies to improve search engine visibility.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to introduce innovative solutions to the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative and results-oriented mindset.

Program Structure:

The internship is a structured 6-month program divided into two 3-month phases:

Phase 1 (3 months): Unpaid Internship. Focuses on building foundational skills and demonstrating potential.
Phase 2 (3 months): Paid Internship. Offers a monthly stipend of $1,500 to further develop expertise.

Following the internship, a performance review will determine potential for a full-time position.
