Job Description: People & Culture Internship (Multiple Roles)

WBD offers several People & Culture internship opportunities in the Atlanta area. Interns will work in the office on a regular basis, aligned with their manager’s schedule. Specific roles may include:

People & Culture Intern: General support within the People & Culture department.
Talent Marketing & Engagement Intern: Focus on attracting and engaging talent.

Responsibilities (may vary by specific role):

• Creating branded materials (employee spotlights, blog posts, social media content).
• Analyzing engagement data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Supporting the People & Culture Partners team with operational and administrative tasks.
• Handling inquiries, correspondence, and departmental administration.
• Supporting the job description submission process.
• Building, updating, and consolidating organizational charts.
• Supporting talent community events (virtual and in-person).
• Assisting in creating and distributing monthly newsletters (content drafting, metric tracking, improvement suggestions).
• Contributing to special projects (playbook creation, piloting new engagement strategies).

Qualifications:

Strong writing and editing skills.
Basic data analysis experience (Excel, Tableau).
Interest in HR marketing, community engagement, and content creation.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Experience with visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) is a plus.
Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program (proof required).
Must be a rising junior or senior (18 years or older).
Must have a 3.0 or above cumulative GPA.
Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.

Internship Details:

Duration: 11 weeks.
Start Dates: Option 1: June 2nd; Option 2: June 9th.
Hours: 35-40 hours per week (hybrid).
Compensation: Paid, with a competitive hourly wage.
Credit: Not required, but documentation for school credit is available.
Relocation: Not provided.
Interviewing: February through mid-April.
