Job Description: Service Program Manager Intern

This internship, starting around May 2025 and lasting through August 2025 (potentially extending into Fall 2025), is a full-time, on-site position requiring a minimum 12-week commitment. It is targeted towards currently enrolled students; recent graduates should apply for full-time roles. International students on CPT work authorization must verify their eligibility for 40-hour workweeks with their schools.

Responsibilities: The intern will function as a Service Program Manager, contributing to the enhancement of Tesla’s automotive service division. Key duties include:

Process Optimization: Evaluating and streamlining existing service processes to boost efficiency and lower operational costs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various teams (service field teams, engineering, sales, finance, supply chain) to align strategies and objectives.
Product/Process Development: Developing and launching new products, processes, tools, and resources to improve customer experience and brand loyalty.
Feedback Incorporation: Implementing feedback mechanisms to gather customer and field team insights for service improvements.
Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices to identify opportunities and define KPIs for service programs.
Pilot Program Management: Structuring, tracking, measuring, and iterating on pilot programs to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analyses to pinpoint cost reduction and revenue enhancement areas, reporting findings to senior management.
