Job Description: Merchandising Internship

This internship offers a comprehensive omni-merchant experience within a fast-paced, innovative retail environment. Interns will learn, research, and propose actionable, customer-centric findings to support business growth. The internship is a hybrid model (3 days a week in-office) and is available in several areas:

Victoria’s Secret PINK: (Columbus, OH)
Emerging Business: (Columbus, OH)
Visual Merchandising: (Columbus, OH)
Beauty: (New York, NY)

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Assist in updating and maintaining data entry (stores and digital channels) in Flex PLM and SAP, supporting product development with cross-functional partners.
Meeting Preparation: Support the merchant team in preparing for key weekly business meetings.
Sample Management: Manage merchant samples.
Business Planning: Contribute to both business and strategic planning.
Feedback Compilation: Compile qualitative feedback for projects (e.g., assortment learnings, testing).
Customer Insights: Conduct store visits to gather customer insights for future assortments and conduct competitive analysis.
Project Participation: Participate in various projects/events including cross-functional onboarding, classroom learning, competitive analysis, in-store experience activities, and researching whitespace opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week for at least 12 weeks in Columbus, OH or New York, NY.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong desire to learn and flexibility to adapt to business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.

Compensation: Minimum salary: $23.00/hour. Actual salary will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
