2025 Internship Program Description:
Publicis Media offers a 10-week, 40-hour-per-week internship program starting June 2nd, 2025. The program provides a fast-paced immersion into the media industry. Interns will assist with client and agency tasks, learning fundamental media concepts and utilizing company systems like Ad*Views, Media Tools, the Source, MRI Applications, TARDIIS, and MBOX.
Internship Areas: Interns are assigned to an area based on their interests, experience, and skills. Areas include:
• Media: Developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies across all major media channels.
• Multicultural Media: Creating communication strategies targeted at Hispanic, African American, and Asian communities in the US.
• Data & Analytics: Designing, developing, and maintaining analyses and reports for clients across various media types (requires comfort with data, math, and basic statistical concepts).
• Research: Interpreting consumer insights through campaign research and proprietary studies (strong analytical skills preferred).
• Strategy: Integrating communication planning across all channels, utilizing digital, analytics, and human experience capabilities.
• Content: Working with agency and client teams to strategically utilize media-created content as a business driver.
• Human Resources: Managing the internship program (event planning, onboarding, offboarding, performance management).
• Corporate Communications: Managing internal and external branding, events, and communication initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Interns will:
• Work closely with a team and mentor.
• Attend intern trainings and events.
• Deliver a high-quality final project with positive organizational impact.
• Network with peers, managers, and colleagues.
• Present their project to leadership.
Qualifications:
• Pursuing a degree with a target graduation date of Spring 2026 or Winter 2025, or possessing transferable skills from prior work experience.
• Strong interest in a career in advertising, technology, analytics, research, or a related field.
• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
