Job Description: Experiential Marketing Intern
This internship offers a significant opportunity to contribute to BODYARMOR and POWERADE’s special events, focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The role is heavily involved in activating CSR partnerships, particularly engaging Gen Z within the East Division. The intern will work closely with the Marketing Activation team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver assets from initial concept to final execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Successfully complete the BODYARMOR Intern Program, including weekly meetings, a final project presentation, workshops, and attendance at the annual summit in New York City.
• Support the Marketing Activation team in working with BODYARMOR & POWERADE’s CSR partners, specifically targeting Gen Z in the East Division.
• Assist in delivering assets for BODYARMOR & POWERADE, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the entire process.
• Participate in month-end budget reconciliation, analyzing results and reporting to leadership.
• Manage multiple vendor relationships effectively and efficiently.
• Contribute to the development and adherence to project timelines and schedules.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Communications, Marketing, or Business, with graduation no earlier than December 2025.
• Strong analytical, creative thinking, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and writing skills.
• Hybrid work schedule required: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the Atlanta, GA office; Monday and Friday remote.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter with strong teamwork skills.
• Passion for the sports hydration category.
• Ability to travel for the intern summit in NYC.
Compensation and Benefits:
monthly compensation ranges from $3,400 to $6,700, depending on the job and degree type. Base pay may vary based on location, skills, and experience. A comprehensive benefits package (medical, financial, and others) is offered, depending on the position.
