Job Description: Summer 2025 Marketing Internship
Celsius Holdings is seeking interns for its Marketing department at its Boca Raton, FL headquarters for an 8-week program running from June 2025 to August 2025. This is a full-time, in-office position (40 hours/week) reporting to the Associate Manager, Marketing Operations.
The internship offers a comprehensive, hands-on experience providing a 360-degree view of the company’s marketing efforts. Interns will participate in a project-based assignment allowing them to learn all aspects of the Marketing department’s operations and its various sub-departments, their independent and collaborative functions.
Responsibilities:
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the CPG industry and the cross-functional nature of Celsius’s Marketing department.
• Learn the roles and functions within each sub-department and how they interact.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for improvement to support assigned projects.
• Present weekly reports on learnings and project progress.
• Collaborate with experienced staff and fellow interns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
• Learn about content creation, product activations, brand partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
• The role’s responsibilities are subject to change based on evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Reliable transportation to the Boca Raton office.
• 18 years or older.
• Junior or Senior undergraduate status.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong desire to learn and develop professional skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior internship or job experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with Celsius products.
• Knowledge of the Food & Beverage/CPG industry and market trends.
• Involvement in marketing-related projects, student organizations, or extracurricular activities.
