Schreiber Foods’ Green Bay home office offers a modern and collaborative work environment in downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin. Job Description: Schreiber Digital Labs Intern

The Schreiber Digital Labs Intern will be an integral part of a product team, actively involved in the entire software application development lifecycle. This year-round internship offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (1-2 days onsite, rest remote) at the Green Bay, WI home office. Summer hours are full-time, while school-year hours are part-time (15-20 hours/week).

Key Responsibilities:

Development: Participate in all phases of application development, including design, code review, testing, and installation. Utilize a wide range of technologies and methodologies. Provide support for production systems, research and resolve issues, implement changes, and conduct testing (unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing with business partners). Collaborate with internal and external customers. Assist technical leaders with development tasks. Contribute to requirements analysis, design, and implementation. Participate in project meetings (standups, sprint planning, etc.) and review technical design specifications with senior team members.
Personal Growth: Engage in educational opportunities and cross-training. Learn various technologies (React – Material UI, PL/SQL, Oracle JET, Oracle REST data services, Python Fast API, Postgres DB, AWS, etc.). Gain experience working in agile-based product teams and collaborating with business analysts. Develop a broad understanding of different roles within application development (analysis, design, project management, agile teams) and the business as a whole, working on cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (Computer Science, MIS, or Business preferred).
• Minimum 3 semesters remaining in school (May 2026 graduates or later).
3.0 GPA minimum.
• Exposure to programming languages, ideally React and Python.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems effectively.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) for remote work.
