Job Description: Summer 2025 Marketing Internship
PulteGroup offers summer internships providing hands-on experience and a strong foundation for long-term career goals within the homebuilding industry. Interns will gain a holistic understanding of the industry through rotational shadowing across various functions and departments. Daily work involves contributing to meaningful projects under the guidance of experienced professionals within a designated function (in this case, Marketing). The company invests in intern development through centralized training. The internship culminates in a capstone presentation to local Division leadership.
Specific Responsibilities for Marketing Interns:
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends.
• Marketing and Advertising Support: Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities, including social media, email, and web campaigns. Assist with intake, trafficking, and asset creation for media requests.
• Market Analysis: Perform competitive market analysis to pinpoint opportunities.
• SEO Assistance: Contribute to SEO projects, including blog posts and website content creation.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student (or graduated in the semester preceding the internship). Sophomore status or higher preferred.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA preferred.
• Required Skills/Attributes: Curious, coachable, personable, patient, action-oriented, accountable, motivated, enthusiastic, strong verbal and written communication skills, tech-savvy (especially Excel and Microsoft Teams), strong organizational skills, self-motivated, learning agility, bias for action, strong interest in homebuilding, real estate, or construction. Extracurricular involvement is a plus.
Internship Details:
• Dates: May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025 (12 weeks). Schedule may be adjusted.
• Hours: 40 hours per week; schedule varies by position.
• Compensation: $20/hour (may vary by position and location).
• Benefits: Eligibility for the company’s 401(k) plan.
• Format: Primarily in-person at one of 29 Division Offices or in development communities. Shadowing opportunities across various functions. Potential for a capstone presentation or final project.
• Locations: Florida (Bonita Springs, Jacksonville, Orlando, Riverview, West Palm Beach), Nevada (Las Vegas), North Carolina (Raleigh), Texas (Austin).
