Job Description: Marketing Intern

Impact:** Interns are assigned projects based on their skills and the company’s needs. All projects are strategically and/or operationally important to the assigned business unit.

Responsibilities (examples):**

• Partner with leadership to identify and address areas for efficiency improvement and benchmark against industry best practices.
• Become a process owner; critically review processes, paying close attention to detail, and proactively suggest improvements.
• Learn continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PPI, Six Sigma) and help promote improvement initiatives.
• Support the execution of marketing/sales enablement initiatives to drive business results.
• Develop automated data loads and schedules to ensure timely information delivery.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and compile data for various projects.
• Maintain PowerBI and provide reporting support for the system and its users.
• Establish measurements and targets based on historical and forecasted data to develop marketing plans, roadmaps, and tactical elements.

Qualifications:**

• Undergraduate student (rising senior) pursuing a Marketing or Business-related degree, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
• 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships are preferred.
• Consistent track record of success demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Proactive in driving change and results, and adept at navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high emotional intelligence.

Geographic Location and Start Date:**

The internship offers geographic flexibility, with potential locations in Grand Island, NY; Pittsburgh, PA; Asheville, NC; Fair Lawn, NJ; Hillsboro, OR; Waltham, MA; Carlsbad, CA; and San Jose, CA. The internship begins either May 12th or June 16th, 2025, for 10-12 weeks, depending on the student’s academic schedule.

Compensation and Relocation:**

The hourly rate is between $18.50 and $24.50, depending on location (adjusted for cost of living). A $5,000 relocation stipend is available for students living more than 50 miles from the internship location. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required. The company does not offer employment in this position to holders of F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience.
