Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to provide comprehensive training and real-world experience in B2B sales. The program offers a unique opportunity to launch a sales career within AT&T’s Business division.
Program Details:
• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met) + $4,500 sign-on bonus. Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends may be available in certain circumstances.
• Training: Instructor-led interactive training, providing hands-on experience engaging with real customers—ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations.
• Responsibilities: Working with advanced technology to solve business problems, delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, securing new business, and managing existing business customers.
• Career Progression: Successful completion leads to placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Geographic preference can be selected from a list of available markets (see placement map on the website).
• Program Focus: Developing sales skills, leveraging technology solutions, and contributing to AT&T’s growth.
Requirements:
• Strong desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
