Job Description: Supply Chain & Operations Co-op/Intern – Summer 2025

This description covers potential openings in various departments for the Summer 2025 co-op/internship session (May-August). Honda offers single and multi-semester opportunities. Supply Chain Management Co-op/Intern:

The specific duties and work environments vary depending on the placement. Potential responsibilities within supply chain management, purchasing, or operations include:

Cost Planning: Creating cost management databases and analysis tools using Microsoft Excel and Access. Preparing Request-for-Quotes (RFQs) for suppliers. Analyzing quotes for accuracy and comparing costs to standards and targets.

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• General business coursework.
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA (transcript required).
• Sophomore status (by credit hours) or above in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License (exceptions considered).
• Ability to secure personal transportation to and from work daily (public transport and ride-sharing are limited in some locations). Regular in-person attendance is mandatory.
• Availability to work a minimum of 10 weeks at 40 hours per week.

Desired Qualifications:

• Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Engineering coursework.

Locations:

Positions are available in: Marysville, Anna, Raymond, East Liberty, Russells Point, and Troy, Ohio; and Greensburg, Indiana. Location preferences are considered during the selection process.
