Job Description: FITT Development Program for Finance (FDP-Finance):
This is a paid, three-month internship program focusing on corporate finance at Dentsply Sirona. The program offers hands-on experience through significant projects within one of several core finance areas:
• Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Corporate Accounting:
• Finance Specialists (Audit, Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax):
Interns will participate in an intern event series to learn about Dentsply Sirona, finance/accounting, and the business overall, in addition to social activities. The program culminates in a presentation of accomplishments to senior finance leadership. Dentsply Sirona prioritizes hiring full-time employees from its intern pool, making this a significant opportunity for career advancement.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Anticipated graduation date of May 2026 or May 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, challenging work environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is preferred.
• Experience in and/or leading team projects.
• Ability to temporarily relocate within the United States for rotational assignments (as needed).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
