Job Description: Summer Internship Program

Attain Partners is seeking business and technology interns for their eight-week paid summer internship program. The program is open to undergraduate students who are rising juniors and seniors.

Essential Job Functions:

• Working with staff and clients throughout the consulting project lifecycle.
• Understanding and applying consulting approaches, tools, and methodologies.
• Participating in project team meetings and providing status updates.
• Effectively communicating project activities and findings in both oral and written formats.
• Developing project plans based on business initiatives.
• Tracking project progress, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Gathering data, performing analysis, providing input, and generating recommendations.
• Developing and delivering presentations on project assignments.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Current enrollment in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Some relevant business or technology experience is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and techniques.

Compensation: $15 per hour.
