Job Description: Marketing Intern
HDR is seeking a driven and hands-on marketing intern to support business development, marketing, and strategic efforts for their transportation markets. This is a cross-functional role requiring collaboration with marketers, project managers, and technical staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Writing project descriptions and staff resumes.
• Supporting the development and coordination of text and graphics, and editing page layouts.
• Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, including statements of qualifications, proposals, presentations, brochures, award submittals, and announcements. This involves shadowing and assisting senior marketing staff.
• Conducting research and producing documents and reports.
• Following the company’s brand strategy.
• Assisting with maintaining the CRM system, cataloging marketing assets, and other data-driven tasks.
• Supporting other administrative duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• A commitment to being an active participant in their employee-owned culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Two years completed toward a degree with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to the field of study/industry.
Compensation: The expected compensation range is $24-$26/hour (Bellevue, WA). This is for a temporary, full-time position.
