Job Description: Product Marketing Intern (Mobile Security & Family Protection Solutions)
This is a 12-week paid internship offering hands-on experience in product marketing for T-Mobile’s mobile security and family protection solutions. The internship provides opportunities for networking with other interns and company leaders, along with mentorship and participation in intern learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing customer behavior and identifying potential improvements to communication methods for value-added services.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of in-app marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Conducting competitive landscape analysis.
• Collaborating with the product marketing team on ongoing campaigns, offering recommendations for messaging improvements.
• Receiving one-on-one coaching and mentorship.
• Attending summer intern learning programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in digital service products.
• Ability to understand technical product details and communicate their benefits to consumers.
• Ability to define success metrics and analyze data to demonstrate results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program. (T-Mobile employees and those requiring visa sponsorship are ineligible).
Compensation and Benefits:
• Paid internship (Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour, based on experience and location).
