Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. The program offers a comprehensive training experience, including:
• $4,500 sign-on bonus. Relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend may also be available.
• Instructor-led interactive training.
• Hands-on experience engaging real customers, ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations.
• Opportunities to develop essential sales skills such as securing new business, managing existing accounts, using advanced technology to solve business problems, and providing excellent customer service.
• Competitive environment with resources and connections to help participants excel.
• Placement in an outside sales role after successful completion of the program. Participants can select a geographic preference from a list of available markets (see placement map on the website).
Compensation and Benefits:
• $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met).

Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
