Job Description:

This is a summer internship for undergraduate students in Marketing or a Business-related field. Interns are matched with projects based on their skills and the company’s needs. Projects will be strategically and/or operationally important to the business unit.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting in implementing promotional campaigns and marketing communication initiatives (content creation, social media management, email marketing).
• Supporting digital marketing efforts (SEO, social media advertising).
• Collaborating on the development and implementation of marketing programs, ensuring effective project management and timely delivery.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Creating and maintaining marketing materials (presentations, brochures, sales collateral).
• Partnering with leadership to identify and address areas for efficiency improvement and benchmarking.
• Learning continuous improvement methodologies and promoting improvement initiatives.
• Supporting the execution of marketing/sales enablement initiatives to drive business results.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate student pursuing a Marketing or Business-related degree, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
• 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships are preferred.
• Demonstrated consistent results showing integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Ability to champion change, drive results, and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. (F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT visas are not accepted for this position).

Start Date: May 12th or June 16th, 2025 (10-12 weeks duration, depending on student availability).

Compensation: hourly rate between $18.50 – $24.50, depending on location (aligned with cost-of-living guidelines). A $5,000 relocation stipend is offered if the student lives 50+ miles from the internship location.
