Job Description:
This is a trainee program lasting up to six months, offering hands-on experience within the local production team. The program focuses on supporting various aspects of the team’s workflow, including:
• General Support for the Local Production Team: This involves a broad range of administrative and operational tasks.
• Pitching Support: Assisting in the process of pitching new works for production or acquisition.
• Production and Acquisition Administrative Support: Handling the administrative aspects of acquiring and producing content.
• Document and Material Management: Organizing various documents and materials.
• Meeting Coordination: Scheduling and arranging meetings.
• Minutes Creation and Management: Taking and managing meeting minutes.
• Translation: Performing basic translation tasks.
The position requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and an English proficiency level of approximately TOEIC 800 (negotiable). The ideal candidate will be available for a minimum of several hours daily. The trainee will be expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information learned during the program and agree not to share program details publicly online (including social media).
