Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. The program offers:
• Compensation: A $4,500 sign-on bonus, a $57,000 base salary, and potential commissions of $23,000 annually (upon meeting sales goals). Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends are also available in certain circumstances.
• Training: Instructor-led, interactive training covering various sales aspects. Participants engage with real customers, ranging from small business owners to multinational organizations, providing practical experience.
• Hands-on Experience: Participants will work with advanced technology, focusing on solving business problems, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales goals. This involves both securing new business and managing existing customer accounts.
• Career Advancement: Upon successful completion, participants are placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Geographic preferences can be selected from a list of available markets (see placement map on the website).
• Competitive Environment: The program provides the tools and connections to become a top sales performer.
Program Requirements and Qualifications:
• Strong desire to launch a sales career.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field, is preferred.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
