Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch a successful career in B2B sales at AT&T. The program provides comprehensive training, including instructor-led interactive sessions and real-world experience engaging with clients ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations. Participants will develop essential sales skills, learn to utilize advanced technology to solve business problems, and provide excellent customer service while working toward sales goals.
Program Highlights:
• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (upon meeting sales goals). A $4,500 sign-on bonus is also offered, with potential for relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend in certain circumstances.
• Training: Instructor-led interactive training focused on sales techniques and the use of AT&T’s technology solutions.
• Real-World Experience: Hands-on experience engaging with real clients and contributing to the sales process from start to finish.
• Career Progression: After successful program completion, participants will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Geographic preference is considered (subject to availability; refer to the placement map on the AT&T website for available markets).
• Skill Development: Development of skills in new business acquisition, existing customer management, and problem-solving using cutting-edge technology.
• Competitive Environment: The program provides the tools and support to excel and become a top sales performer.
Responsibilities: The program will prepare participants for a variety of sales roles, encompassing responsibilities such as securing new business and managing existing customer relationships.
Requirements:
• Strong desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Location: Dallas, Texas (although placement after the program may be in other locations, depending on applicant choice and availability).
