Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. The program offers comprehensive training, including instructor-led interactive sessions, and provides participants with hands-on experience interacting with real customers, ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations. Participants will develop and hone their sales skills using advanced technology to solve business problems and meet sales goals.
Program Highlights:
• $4,500 sign-on bonus. Additional relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends may be available.
• Comprehensive training: Instructor-led interactive training and real-world customer engagement.
• Hands-on experience: Working with a diverse range of clients.
• Skill development: Focusing on sales techniques, problem-solving, and customer service.

Compensation and Benefits:
• $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met).

Requirements:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
Location: Dallas, Texas (with opportunities in other markets based on applicant preference and availability).
Work Hours: 40 hours per week. This is a regular, full-time position.
