Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. The program offers a $4,500 sign-on bonus, with potential for additional relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend.
Program Details:
• Paid Training: The program includes instructor-led interactive training and real-world experience engaging with customers ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations.
• Skill Development: Participants hone their sales skills, learn to utilize advanced technology to solve business problems, deliver exceptional customer service, and meet sales goals.
• Competitive Environment: The program provides the tools and connections to excel and become a top sales performer.
• Diverse Challenges: Participants handle various tasks, from acquiring new business to managing existing accounts.
• Career Progression: Upon successful completion, graduates transition to an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market (see placement map on the website for available locations), and placement within that market will depend on availability.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary and Commissions: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in yearly commissions (upon meeting sales goals).

Qualifications:
• Strong desire to pursue a sales career.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Weekly Hours: 40

• Location: Dallas, Texas (although placement is market-based following completion of the program)
