Job Description: Information Technology Internship (Intern II)

This is a 10-12 week summer internship starting either May 12th or June 16th, 2025. Interns are assigned projects based on their skills and the company’s needs. All projects are strategically or operationally important. Responsibilities may include:

• Partnering with leadership to identify and address areas for efficiency improvement.
• Reviewing processes with meticulous attention to detail and proactively suggesting improvements.
• Developing tools and models to enhance tracking and efficiency.
• Learning and applying continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PPI, Six Sigma).
• Collaborating across the IT function (Global Information Security, Digital Technology & Delivery, Enterprise Application Systems, Business Intelligence, Global Infrastructure, Corporate Strategy & Integrations, E-Business, Digital Transformations, and Data Science) to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate student (rising senior) pursuing an Information Technology-related degree, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
• 0 years of work experience required; prior internships are preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver results, demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Strong capacity for driving change, achieving results, and navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and high emotional intelligence.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship (F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT visas are not accepted for this position).

Location and Compensation:

Locations: Hillsboro, OR; San Jose, CA; Pleasanton, CA; Carlsbad, CA.
hourly Rate: $21.50 – $28.75 (depending on location and cost of living).
Relocation Stipend: $5,000 (if the student lives 50+ miles from the internship location).
