Job Description: Production and Technology Strategy Intern (Summer 2025)

Summary: The Nickelodeon Animation Studio seeks a Production and Technology Strategy Intern for the summer of 2025. This intern will work directly with the Production and Technology Strategy team, contributing to projects aimed at improving production pipelines and workflows. This includes initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs, both internally and with external partner studios.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support tools and procedures to maintain and enhance the production pipeline.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline and develop production workflows.
• Propose, design, develop, implement, test, and support software for existing studio pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues.

Qualifications:

Strong Python or C++ programming skills.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience with Maya, Blender, Houdini, Nuke, Redshift, Unreal, or Arnold.
• Coursework or studies in computer science, computer graphics, or 3D game development.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Exceptional communication skills.

Eligibility:

• Currently pursuing an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree (or recently graduated within 6 months of June 2025).
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week, 5 days/week) for 10 weeks starting in June 2025.
• On-site work in Burbank, CA.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Additional Information:
