Job Description
Salesforce’s legal department is described as uniquely technology-driven, fast-paced, and dynamic. The 10-week summer internship offers unparalleled insight into the legal challenges faced by a leading cloud computing company. Interns will be active team members, contributing to both complex projects and day-to-day tasks, performing actual attorney work.
Job Responsibilities: The internship involves a variety of responsibilities, including:
• Participating in contract negotiations.
• Collaborating with senior counsel on global legal strategies.
• Evaluating critical legal issues related to contract law, privacy law, and corporate matters (including government affairs).
• Assisting in the development and enforcement of the company’s intellectual property portfolios.

The internship is offered in three groups with varying start and end dates:
• Group 1: May 19 – July 25th
• Group 2: June 2 – August 8th
• Group 3: June 16 – August 22nd
