Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. Successful completion leads to a placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
Key Program Features:
• Sign-on Bonus: $4,500 (plus potential relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend in certain circumstances).
• Comprehensive Training: Instructor-led interactive training, engaging real customers (from small businesses to multinational organizations). This hands-on experience allows participants to develop their sales skills and build experience.
• Advanced Technology: Participants work with advanced technology to solve business problems and meet sales goals.
• Competitive Environment: The program provides tools and connections to support top sales performance.
• Diverse Challenges: The program encompasses a range of tasks, including securing new business and managing existing customer accounts.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a geographic market preference (subject to availability – refer to the placement map on the company website).
• Career Progression: Successful completion guarantees placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
Responsibilities:**
• Working with advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Meeting sales goals.
• Securing new business.
• Managing existing business customers.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met).

Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree, business-related major (preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills (a plus).
• Valid driver’s license.
