Job Description: Dallas Internal Audit and Financial Advisory Intern – 2026
This internship offers hands-on experience working with leading companies. Interns collaborate on client solutions for complex business problems, gaining exposure across various industries and developing technical and leadership skills. The program emphasizes empowerment, teamwork, and problem-solving, encouraging innovation and collaboration.
The internship includes:

Three Solution Segments:
Interns are placed within one of three solution segments:
1. Business Process Audit and Advisory: Focuses on process improvement, risk mitigation, solution development, and best-practice implementation. Core services include risk management, control testing, security enhancement, and corporate governance improvement.
2. Technology Audit and Advisory: Concentrates on evaluating information asset protection through testing and evaluating company processes (security protocols, development processes, information availability). Involves assessing various aspects of technology use to enhance enterprise value, covering controls & regulatory compliance, security, privacy, software development, disaster recovery, technology governance, and business intelligence.
3. Internal Audit Strategy and Technology Enablement: Focuses on developing and deploying technical solutions to improve audit, risk, control, and compliance. This includes leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and automation technologies (Alteryx, Tableau, MS Power Platform, MS SQL, Python, and R). Professionals in this segment understand software development best practices and work with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, IT, MIS, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields) within one year of graduation.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and innovation skills.
• Understanding of core business processes.
• Interest in internal audit processes and emerging technologies.
• Data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and/or advanced analytics and automation technologies (Alteryx, MS Power Platform, Python) is a plus.

The internship offers an hourly rate of below $34/hr and includes benefits such as paid holidays, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Matching Gifts Program, and various discounts.
