Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. The program offers a $4,500 sign-on bonus, with potential for relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend (depending on circumstances).
Program Details:
• Comprehensive Training: The program includes instructor-led, interactive training, providing participants with practical sales experience.
• Real-World Experience: Participants engage with real customers, ranging from small business owners to multinational organizations. This hands-on experience helps hone sales skills and build a professional portfolio.
• Advanced Technology: Trainees will utilize advanced technology to address business problems and deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals.
• Competitive Environment: The program provides the tools and support to become a top sales performer.
• Diverse Challenges: Participants gain experience in various aspects of sales, including acquiring new business and managing existing accounts.
• Career Progression: Successful completion of the program leads to an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market from a list (specific markets are detailed on the company website’s placement map). Placement within a city in that market is based on availability.
Responsibilities:
• Work with advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (upon meeting sales goals).
• Sign-on Bonus: $4,500
• Relocation Bonuses & Housing Stipend: Potential depending on circumstances.

Qualifications:
• Strong desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
