About AT&T Labs and the Internship:
AT&T Labs is the research and development arm of AT&T, a leading telecommunications company. The Network Chief Technology Office (CTO) organization within AT&T Labs develops technology roadmaps and long-range network architecture. Job Description: Advanced Internship at AT&T Labs
This is a paid internship position at AT&T Labs for students pursuing an advanced degree (PhD). The internship is full-time (40 hours per week) and located in Middletown. The yearly salary range is $77,800 – $140,200, dependent on factors such as geography, experience, expertise, and education. The internship is a regular, time-type position.
Qualifications:
• Must possess an undergraduate degree and be currently enrolled in an advanced degree (PhD) program.
• Major must be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Physics, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Experience and awareness of network & services and IP and voice services are helpful, but not strictly required.
• Demonstrated capability for original and independent research is essential.
