Job Description: Undergraduate Placement Schemes in Fashion

Disney is hiring for undergraduate placement schemes within its fast-growing consumer products team. This internship offers placements across various areas of the fashion industry, including:

Marketing: Developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Buying: Sourcing and selecting products for retail.
Selling: Contributing to sales strategies and processes.
Merchandising: Managing product displays and inventory.
Advertising: Creating and executing advertising campaigns.
Branding: Developing and maintaining brand identity and image.

Placements are available across high street fashion, luxury brands, footwear, and accessories.

Responsibilities: Interns will assist on several projects, including:

• Creating content for partnership pitches.
• Working with briefs for various campaigns.
• Building knowledge of consumers through market research.
• Strategically analyzing trends and data to identify areas for improvement or leverage.
• Advancing commercial foresight.

This internship will develop skills in:

• Interpersonal communication.
• Critical thinking.
• Project management.

Requirements:

Eligibility: Must be a second-year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course, returning to study in Autumn 2026. Must have the right to work in the UK. Available to start full-time work from June 2025. A genuine interest in the chosen fashion area is essential.
Skills & Qualities: Strong curiosity in fashion; attention to detail; ability to work well under pressure; ability to connect professionally with people at all levels; ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle administrative duties; strong MS Office skills. Successful candidates will demonstrate potential in building relationships, communicating effectively, driving results, thinking strategically, inspiring creativity and innovation, and exhibiting professional excellence.

Work Schedule: Onsite 4 days per week.
