Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to train and develop entry-level sales professionals. The program offers a comprehensive curriculum including:
• Instructor-led interactive training: Participants receive structured training to build their sales skills.
• Real-world experience: Trainees engage with real customers, from small businesses to multinational corporations, gaining hands-on experience.
• Advanced technology utilization: The program utilizes cutting-edge technology to help solve business problems and improve customer service.
• Goal-oriented environment: Participants work towards achieving sales goals, fostering a competitive yet supportive atmosphere.
• Diverse challenges: Trainees develop skills in securing new business and managing existing accounts.
• Career progression: Successful completion leads to placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (upon meeting sales goals). A $4,500 sign-on bonus is also included. Relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend may be available in certain circumstances.

Requirements:
• Desire to launch a career in sales: Strong interest and motivation in a sales career is essential.
• Related experience: Experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred, but not necessarily required.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred) is preferred.
• Relocation: Ability to relocate within the U.S. is required.
• Bilingual skills: Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license: A valid driver’s license is necessary.
Geographic Location and Application:
Applicants can select a geographic preference from a list of available markets (see placement map on the website). Placement is based on availability. The job posting lists Dallas as the location, but placement is not limited to this city. AT&T will not sponsor work visas for this position.
