Job Description: Designer Intern
Ogilvy is seeking a Designer Intern who is passionate about design principles, philosophy, techniques, tools, and trends. The ideal candidate is insatiably curious, a creative problem-solver, and possesses a unique point of view and discerning eye. They should be logical, analytical, understand the value of design in solving human problems, and be able to think conceptually. Collaboration and clear communication are also essential. Experience with visual motion, 2D, and 3D design is a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The internship involves adapting to a fast-paced environment, learning new design software, supporting the design team in creating visuals for various mediums, and assisting with project research (“scraping”). Interns will work on real client projects, collaborating with team members at all levels. The workload will depend on the agency’s current projects.
Details:
• Locations: Chicago and New York City.
• Dates: June to August (full-time).
• Work Setting: Hybrid/in-office.
• Pay: $17-$22 USD per hour (depending on factors including location, experience, and qualifications).

• Conversion Rate: Historically, 70% of interns receive full-time or freelance offers.
