Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch a career in B2B sales at AT&T. The program provides comprehensive training and real-world experience, allowing participants to engage with diverse clientele, from small business owners to multinational organizations.

Compensation and Benefits:
• $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (yearly, upon meeting sales goals).
• $4,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
Additional Notes:
• AT&T will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
• Weekly hours are 40. This is a regular, full-time position.
• The location listed is Dallas, Texas, but placement is based on applicant preference and availability within selected markets.
