Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to develop sales professionals. The program offers a $4,500 sign-on bonus, with potential for relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend in certain circumstances.
Program Details:
• Comprehensive Training: The program includes instructor-led, interactive training.
• Real-World Experience: Participants engage in real sales activities with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to multinational organizations.
• Skill Development: The program hones sales skills, focusing on utilizing advanced technology to solve business problems, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales goals.
• Competitive Environment: The program provides the tools and connections to become a top sales performer.
• Diverse Challenges: Participants handle various aspects of the sales process, including securing new business and managing existing accounts.
• Career Progression: Successful completion leads to a placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market (subject to availability; refer to the placement map on the AT&T website).
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary and Commissions: The program offers a $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in yearly commissions (upon meeting sales goals).

Qualifications:
• Strong desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred) is preferred.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
Location: Dallas, Texas (although the program allows for selection of a geographic preference subject to availability).
