Job Description:

This is a 1-year, part-time Engineering Internship Program (20 hours/week) starting in April 2025. The program is designed to develop interns’ skills and prepare them to join Salesforce’s elite engineering team. Interns will gain hands-on experience and contribute to real-world projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Students graduating in 2024 or 2025 from specified universities (UADE, ITBA, FIUBA, UTN, USAL, Universidad Austral, UNLP, Universidad Blas Pascal Córdoba) with degrees in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Aspiration to develop Customer Success and delivery skills.
• Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.

Required Skills:

• Strong teamwork abilities with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Beneficial (but not required) Skills:

• Programming Languages: Scala, Java, Javascript, TypeScript, React, knowledge of AJAX, DOM, JSON, HTML, CSS, JUnit.
• Development Tools: IntelliJ Idea (on MacOS and Unix platforms), Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Spinnaker.
• Cloud Environments: AWS
• Object-Oriented Programming

What You’ll Learn and Do:

• Utilize key software development tools, the Salesforce/Mulesoft platform, and related products.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute actively to various phases of software development projects.
• Participate in team and project meetings, discussing active projects, timelines, planning, etc.
• The specific learning experiences will vary depending on the assigned team, but all will focus on software development.
