Job Description

The Sales Strategy team at this company partners with Sales Leaders to identify and address potential pipeline and revenue gaps. They develop new initiatives and programs to improve sales results, employing a blend of strategy, operations, and analytics to boost sales team productivity and close rates. The team acts as business partners to Sales Leaders, working closely with Marketing, Business Development, Enablement, and Programs teams for a comprehensive business understanding. Team members come from diverse backgrounds in strategy, marketing, sales, and consulting. They are looking for a data-driven, curious individual with a knack for innovative solutions to complex business problems.

The internship will involve supporting the Sales Strategy Managers in executing the company’s growth strategy. This includes:

Creating reports and dashboards: Contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Communicating results: Presenting findings and engaging in business discussions regarding targets, forecasts, pipeline, and other key metrics, specifically focusing on the Latin American market.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, entrepreneurial drive, and a results-oriented attitude. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Industrial Engineering is a plus but not required. A passion for Salesforce’s mission is also essential. The internship is a 1-year, part-time program based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, starting between December 2024 and January 2025. Graduates are expected to graduate no later than December 2025 or July 2026.
