Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. The program offers comprehensive training and real-world experience, allowing participants to engage with diverse clients, ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations.

Program Highlights:

• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met). A $4,500 sign-on bonus is also provided. Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends may be available depending on circumstances.
• Training: The program features instructor-led, interactive training. Participants gain practical experience by engaging in the sales process with real customers.
• Skill Development: Participants will develop skills in advanced technology solutions, customer service, sales goal attainment, new business acquisition, and managing existing business customers.
• Career Progression: Successful completion leads to an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Geographic preference can be selected during the application process (from a list of available markets; see placement map on the website).
• Tools and Resources: The program provides access to the tools and connections necessary to become a top sales performer.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Meeting sales goals.
• Securing new business.
• Managing existing business customers.

Qualifications:

• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree, business-related major (preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills (a plus).
• Valid driver’s license.
